1st/2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows & Mac)

H&R Talent are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst on a permanent basis for a Global Media company based in Central London. You will be supporting approx. 3,000 users across the London office and Global offices, working within a team of 9, forming part of a wider IT team of 30 staff. In this role you will be responsible for providing both 1st and 2nd line support, approx. 50% of the role will be face to face support and the other 50% remotely and via email, it is a cross platform Windows and Mac environment (50% Windows and 50% Mac).

Key Technical Skills:
*Windows 7/10
*Apple Mac OSX installation, configuration & troubleshooting
*Active Directory user and group administration
*Mobile telephone (IOS & Android)
*AV and video conference technologies & hardware
*VOIP telecommunications
*Service Desk Call logging software
*Previous experience working to SLA’s

Desirable not essential:
*Previous experience within a media/ creative environment is highly desirable by not essential.

The standard working hours are based on a 37.5 working hour week on a weekly shift rotation pattern covering the hours of Monday to Friday: 7:30am- 4pm, 8:30am- 5pm and 10am- 6:30pm.
