A leading Computer Software company located in Manchester is looking for a Cloud Engineer that will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the business’s cloud-based systems. This role will handle the identification, analysation and proper resolution to the issues within infrastructure and application deployment. The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills, communication skills and client management skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
Modify and improve existing systems.
Identify, analyse, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
Regular review of existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
Stay current on cloud technologies and best practices to improve cloud infrastructure, automation, and utilisation
Requirements:
Degree in computer science or a similar field.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
Experience with CI/CD systems.
Experience with SysOps.
Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Client management skills.
