A leading automation manufacturing company located in London is seeking an IT Support to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Install IT workstations through software distribution, covering PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.

  • Offer basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.

  • Manage and provide support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure and security across the organisation

  • Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with 3rd line escalation when necessary.

  • Provide support for issues related to various Microsoft components.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and support for all IT issues.

  • Undertake IT supplier-related activities, including procurement.

  • Contribute to various IT projects, including the development of the company intranet and implementation of new systems.

  • Handle ordering and inventory control, including but not limited to IT and phone equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess a degree in IT or Business with an IT focus.

  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse and effectively communicate data and software concepts.

  • Have a successful track record in managing projects within previous roles.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
