1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
H&R Talent are seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst on a permanent basis for an IT Services company based in Central London supporting professional services clients. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to their clients through telephone, remote and on-site assistance; logging, updating, troubleshooting and keeping the client informed of the status of the issue using the call logging systems. Day to day you will be responsible for providing support on a wide range of technologies: ie: PC hardware, software, server, networking and infrastructure based issues. The ideal candidate will have good experience supporting PC’s, server and Active Directory as well as good working knowledge of Dell/ HP products. Other experience required is hands on experience with Windows Desktop Operating systems, MS Office and basic networking.
