2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer
Central London
Up to £30,000 per annum

H&R Talent are seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis for an IT Services company based in Central London supporting professional services clients. You will be responsible for providing solid 2nd line and some 3rd line support through a variety of methods: on-site, telephone, remote and email support.

Day to day you will be responsible for providing support on a wide range of technologies: ie: hardware, software, server, networking and infrastructure based issues. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on commercial experience of supporting for PC’s, Servers, Networking and Active Directory, also working knowledge of Dell, Cisco, HP and SonicWall products. You will also be responsible for logging, updating, troubleshooting and keeping the client informed of the status of the issue using the call logging system.

Key Technical skills:
*MS Windows 7-10
*Windows Server 2012 & 2016
*MS Exchange 2013 & 2016
*Networking concepts LAN/WAN
*Dell, Cisco, HP and SonicWall products
*MS Office
*Previous experience working within the MSP/ IT services sector

Desirable but not essential:
*Cisco – CCNA

The working hours are on a shift rotation pattern: 9am-5:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm.
