2nd Line Support Analyst (Mac and Windows)
H&R Talent are seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst for a Global Public Relations Agency based in Central London on a permanent basis.
Day to day you will be providing 2nd Line Desktop Support to all users at the London office as well as remote Support to the Global offices when needed. You will be the escalation point for the Service desk resolving all issues in a Mac and Windows environment whilst meeting Service level Agreements.
The ideal candidate will have Certs in Mac and/or Windows, have cross platform Support experience in a Mac/Windows environment and be able to resolve and communicate to all levels of staff in a friendly and efficient way. 2 years + prior helpdesk experience is advantageous.
There is Project work to be undertaken including system upgrades and training is provided to all staff.
