3rd Line Support Engineer
H&R Talent are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer on a permanent basis for an IT Services Company based in Central London supporting their professional services clients.
Day to day you will be providing high quality 3rd Line Support on a wide range of Hardware, Software, Server, Networking and Infrastructure based issues. You will be the last point of escalation for all Exchange, O365 and Server related issues so a strong Exchange, Powershell, Windows Server and O365 practical knowledge is essential.
A large amount of this role will be project based so this individual will need to be flexible to be working the occasional out of hours from home completing migrations and running checks remotely.
Communication is key for this position and having the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
This is an ideal position for an individual who is very Technical minded that enjoys a mixture of escalated BAU and Project based work in a client facing position.
