Business Analyst

H&R Talent are seeking a Business Analyst who will lead on and support a wide range of development activities and projects to improve the systems and processes within the organisation.

To lead, and contribute to, development activities and projects within the company. In particular:
•   Working with area specialists, to develop activities and projects to ensure effective management of the associated people and resources
•   Data modelling tools to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
•   Contribute to the identification of areas for potential development as part of the company’s commitment to continuous improvement
•   Responsible for the development and implementation of robust processes to support effective regulation
•   In partnership with the Head of Business Technology to lead, and contribute to the development and implementation of IT systems to support and improve regulatory processes

Person Specification:
•   Degree level qualification in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
•   Qualified to at least foundation level in one of Prince2, Agile project management or ITIL v3
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
•   Attention to detail
•   Ability to take ownership for delivering successful outcomes
•   Read and analyse large quantities of complex information and identify key issues helping to manage, change and plan in line with their goals.
•   Ability to identify potential remedies to issues or improvements to systems and processes and lead the implementation of these.
