Desktop Support Analyst
H&R Talent are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a Global Creative Communications Agency based in Central London on a permanent basis.
Day to day you will be providing 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support to all users at the London office as well as remote Support to the Global offices when needed. You will be the escalation point for the Service desk resolving all issues in a Mac and Windows environment whilst meeting Service level Agreements.
The ideal candidate will have Certs in Mac or Windows, have cross platform Support experience in a Mac/Windows environment and be able to resolve and communicate to all levels of staff in a friendly and efficient way.
There is Project work to be undertaken including system upgrades and training is provided to all staff.
You will be required to have a keen interest in Technology, developing your knowledge and progressing within your ICT career.
