H&R Talent are seeking an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for a company based in West London.

Key Technical skills:

Windows Server 2003/2008

Active Directory/ Group Policy

Exchange and Server Environment

TCP/ IP Networking skills

On a day to day basis you will able providing support to the internal users at the main office and its other London locations. 50% of the role will be telephone based and the other 50% will involve visiting the user and providing desk side support. You will be providing support for hardware and software issues.

Excellent communication skills are a must and must be proactive and practical in your approach to user issues. You will given support from the IT Manager and team to develop and grow your skills, but very importantly you must be keen to learn and a passion for IT. You will have had previous experience in an IT support role and will ideally have an IT related degree or equivalent.
