H&R Talent are seeking an IT Technician on a permanent basis for a prestigious company, where you will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd Line support to their 250 internal users at their head office in Central London.

Day to day you will responsible for providing IT & telecoms based support and general support to desktops laptops, phones, mobile devices & tablets. Other duties will include: Office365 admin, user account and domain management, supporting & administering the IP Telephony system, and management and support of their AV (Audio Visual) equipment. This role also allows the individual to work closely with the 3rd line team to be involved in project based work within the IT Department.
The role allows the opportunity for the successful candidate to continue to grow and develop their skills, and for the right individual to progress their career further.
The working hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
