Junior Desktop Engineer- Global Creative Media Agency

Title: Junior Desktop Engineer
Salary: £20- £22k per annum
Location: City of London

An exciting permanent position as a Desktop Support Analyst has become available for a Global Media company based in the City of London. 

Day to day you will be responsible for providing internal support to the users, supporting all PC and Mac laptops and desktops, liaising with third party support, servicing equipment, imaging computers, LANDesk/JAMF remote management and administration. You will be expected to respond quickly to Remedy helpdesk tickets, deliver support for the users and provide both general PC/Mac workstation support as well as troubleshooting OS and application issues. 

Key Technical Skills:
•    Apple laptops & desktops in a networked environment 
•    Microsoft Office for Mac & PC, creative cloud applications
•    A good understanding of general IT products, peripherals and technologies including the Internet, servers and network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN , etc.)
•    Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Windows 
•    Work with IT team to identify and implement plans for technology upgrades and deployments.

Desirable (not essential)
•    Apple certified
