Title: IT Service Desk Manager
Salary: £40- £50k per annum
Location: Central London

H&R Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager position on a permanent basis for an expanding IT services company we work closely with based in Central London.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 1st and 2nd Line Engineers ensuring that excellent levels of technical support and customer service are provided across the organisation and measure relevant SLA’s and KPI’s.

Key Skills
• Experience of leading a Service Desk team
• Can demonstrate strong leadership skills and have the ability to implement
• structure and change
• Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Ability to interrogate data and provide statistics
• ITIL certification at V2 or V3 would be advantage

Core Working hours 
Shift rotation pattern: 09:00 to 17:30 or 08:00 to 16:30 or 09:30 to 18:00

• Annual Leave- 22 days for the first full year worked, then + 1 day for every year afterwards up to 26 days
• In-house training along with Microsoft Exams are encouraged. The company will pay for the Microsoft Exam when passed.
• Overtime at x1.5 if required.
