Title: IT Service Desk Manager
H&R Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager position on a permanent basis for an expanding IT services company we work closely with based in Central London.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8 1st and 2nd Line Engineers ensuring that excellent levels of technical support and customer service are provided across the organisation and measure relevant SLA’s and KPI’s.
