​An excellent opportunity has become available for a 2nd Line Support Analyst working at a prestigious Global PR company based in Central London on a permanent basis. This role offers clear progression from Desktop Support, then onto Projects & Infrastructure or IS Security or Management. Extensive Training will be provided with excellent salary and benefits.

THE ROLE:

As a 2nd line Support Analyst, you will be providing support to the Central London HQ and users globally in a Windows with some Mac environment working to SLA’s following ITIL processes. You will be escalation for the 1st Line team predominantly supporting users face to face whilst also having a lot involvement on a range of projects

This is a position that requires excellent people skills who can build rapport within a friendly and dynamic organisation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 administration

  • Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac

  • Microsoft Windows 8.1 & 10

  • Apple iOS

  • Client virtual private networks

  • VOIP telephony

  • Mobile device management tools

  • Supporting Printers (Multi-Function Devices)

  • Use of ITSM tools or ticket logging systems

  • Active Directory administration

  • Knowledge of networking protocols and topologies; WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS,

  • DHCP

  • OS X 10.12 – 10.15

  • Microsoft Server 2016/2019
