An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer in the Global IT Solutions company based in Central London. You will be the first point of contact to resolve the issues within the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st & 2nd line support of PC, Mac and other computer related issues.
Administration of user accounts, desktops, consoles, and other systems
Assisting with management of servers and network infrastructure
New desktop/laptop installations and troubleshooting
Monitoring of network, applications, and services
Any other ad-hoc IT duties that may be required to provide an effective and efficient service.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Strong IT support experience
Expert knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS
Understanding of basic LAN/WAN technologies
Familiarity of MS Exchange Server, Email and Microsoft Outlook
Linux administration
Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
