​A Global Investment Management Company based in Central London is seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure team on a permanent basis. You will provide IT Infrastructure support locally to their office in London and remotely to their global offices. You will be part of the Global Support Team and have regular communication with other team members around the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves handling diverse support requests from investment professionals, operational teams, and software developers; providing practical solutions that are highly tailored to the needs of the company. You will be empowered to use automation for repetitive tasks and set effective processes to help them focus on continual improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day multi-level support

  • Desktop PC upgrades and deployments

  • Server upgrades and deployments

  • Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange management

  • AWS, Azure and M365 management

  • Backup infrastructure and disaster recovery plans

  • Automated software packaging and build systems

  • PowerShell to automate daily tasks

  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Thrives in a team environment, able to build rapport and strong working relationships

  • Can communicate complex technical solutions to those without technical knowledge

  • Diagnoses the root cause of problems to create permanent solutions

  • Assesses client needs and prioritises appropriately
