IT Support Analyst

​The role will provide a very wide exposure to a broad range of IT projects and best of breed products. You will be part of an IT Operations team of approx. 8 staff, and an overall IT team of approx. 20 staff. The team is expected to grow further over the coming year as part of a planned growth of the business and its brands, and to drive critical IT development programmes. The role will be based in Central London though will have the potential for remote working.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues

  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service

  • Provide support to users via telephone, email and remote control

  • Answering calls with a confident, clear and professional telephone manner

  • Following processes and procedures

  • Take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site

Experience and Skills:

  • 1st & 2nd Line Support experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including 365

  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10

  • Knowledge of routers, firewall and basic networking #

  • Knowledge of Apple iOS and Android

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
