​A Global Law Firm located in Bishop’s Stortford is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This role will assist and support the IT Department.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the building and deploying of desktop and laptop Windows PC’s

  • Assist with installing and configuring standard applications

  • Assist with installing and configuring Avaya Phone handsets

  • Assist with reporting faults and configuration requests to third party suppliers

  • Monitor the IT support mailbox and assist with first and second line support requests

  • Provide training to staff on all IT products

  • Assist the IT team as and when needed

Essentials:

  • Good all-round education including English and Maths

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Can use own initiative & prioritise own workload and multi-task effectively

  • IT skills & excellent communication skills

  • Works well in a team

  • Can work to deadlines

  • Works well under pressure

  • Good attendance record

  • Must hold clean driving license

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Computer Science
