A global media company based in Central London is seeking an Enterprise Architect to be part of their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Global IT Director, this role is accountable for all elements of Enterprise Architecture across the business, including but not limited to:
Collaborating with the Global IT Director to recommend capabilities, services, or systems that can enhance the company’s competitive position to stakeholders.
Ensuring the architecture's completeness by addressing all stakeholder concerns and maintaining its integrity by reconciling conflicting concerns, showcasing trade-offs made
Designing, documenting, and providing comprehensive end-to-end architecture for target systems and infrastructure
Developing long-term change roadmaps.
Taking a leadership role in guiding technical and business projects, partners, suppliers, and staff through the entire project lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Global IT Director and other members of the IT leadership team to define, enhance, communicate, and implement the Group's Information Technology strategy.
Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Risk and Security Management (ERSM) technology approach within the framework of the company’s information security program.
Design, document, and implement data flow mapping, employing data flow diagrams for interconnected individual systems
Manage project risks and issues, offering suitable mitigation strategies and controls
Ensure solutions are designed with cost-consciousness in mind, clearly identifying business value and outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, suppliers, and customers to identify and manage all requirements and dependencies.
Ensure that deployed solutions adhere to Enterprise Technology Architecture and Security Standards.
Skills and Experience:
Substantiated hands-on experience with contemporary information technology platforms.
Possession of relevant architecture certifications within Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platforms.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects with tangible and effective business outcomes.
Profound understanding and experience in architectural frameworks, including TOGAF, Azure/GCP cloud architecture, and cyber security standards such as ISO27001 and NIST CSF.
