A Leading Firm of Solicitors primarily based at Leamington are looking for an ICT Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Working hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose:
To provide support, advice and guidance to users
To assist in the administration of the Company’s IT and Telephony systems
To assist in the implementation of new IT and Communications equipment or services
To advise Management of any failure in the systems and to keep them informed of progress in the ICT Manager’s absence
Key Responsibilities:
To act as the first and second line of support to all staff
To assist staff in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that required tools and services are available to them in order that they work effectively and efficiently
To be responsible for resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner and escalating, including to third party providers, where appropriate
To provide any training to staff that will enable them to achieve their, and the systems, full potential
To assist with the management and administration of the Company’s Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Telephony Services and Network Infrastructure as or when required
To develop skills, expertise and understanding in any required areas that would improve delivery of support and management or administration of systems, software or services
Resolve hardware issues with Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals and Printers to minimise disruption to end users
Basic network administration/troubleshooting
Communicating effectively with end users, both on site and working remotely
Liaising with third party support teams/consultants
Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar ICT role providing first and second line support, preferable in a legal service setting but not essential
Hold a relevant ICT qualification
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience trouble shooting hardware and software problems
Experience working with the following; Windows 10, Windows Server, Hyper-V, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Office 365 administration
Powershell experience
Preferable if experience of structured cabling and setting up hardware
Problem solving and analysis
Good communication skills and time keeping
Willingness to learn
Personal qualities of loyalty and discretion
Car owner and requirement to be able to travel between all five offices
