​This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel team renowned for their approach and delivery of impeccable service. Previous experience within hospitality is desired.

Successful candidates for the IT Manager opportunity will demonstrate genuine dedication to one of their hotels and show a commitment to consistent quality in product and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building inter-departmental relationships allowing proactive support to hotel staff with any IT related issues within their role and/or department.

  • Understanding the needs of hotel guests enabling proactive support with any IT related issues within the guest rooms, function rooms or public areas within the hotel.

  • Oversee the maintenance of all PC’s, printers, faxes, photocopiers, scanners, telephones, POS terminals, and credit card terminals and coordinate quarterly preventative maintenance.

  • Ensure all mandatory company software is installed and kept up-to-date on all the Hotels hardware.

  • Establish a culture of IT awareness throughout all departments in the Hotel

  • Manage any ad-hoc analysis, reports or services as requested by Corporate Office or the Senior Hotel Management.
