A global Law Firm located in Dublin is currently seeking for an experienced IT Service Manager that will oversee the key functions within the organisation’s IT team. This role will be providing a high level one-time fix approach for customers across the business. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in technical project management, client demand forecasting and has the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
Oversees several key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
Accountable for overall performance as measured through key metrics and Customer Satisfaction
ITIL processes, client demand forecasting, resource management and the ongoing management of customer relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is paramount.
Experienced in technical project management
Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes, client demand forecasting and resource management.
Effective management of customer relationships.
Natural leadership qualities, skills and experience.
Proven experience of managing a team
Ability to flex and adapt to change.
