A prestigious Financial Services company located in Belfast is currently seeking for an IT Support Analyst to be part of their growing team that will be responsible for providing 1st line support to users across the company in both office and remote work setups. This role will be directly reporting to the IT lead in making certain that the end user satisfaction is on the highest level possible. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is collaborative, highly organised and has the ability to multitask.
Serving as the first point of contact for IT queries;
Proactively developing self-help documents/procedures;
Logging and processing tickets in our ticketing platform(Jira SM);
Monitoring and reporting the availability of services via morning checks & communicating outages to business;
Troubleshoot hardware and software;
Configuring end-user hardware such as laptops and peripherals;
Possibility of on call support in the future.
Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role, 2 years+
Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Exchange and Windows 10 and 11.
