An established Wholesale Building Materials company based in Cardiff is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team that will be responsible for providing hands-on support to both local and global projects. The ideal candidate will be supporting multiple locations and will be assigned as the only dedicated onsite IT personnel while being supported by the other teams from other locations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Ticket resolution assigned to Field Service – incidents and tasks
Hands-on local support on networks and different devices
Regular remote site check-in
User training (local and global apps)
Supporting local and global projects
Local vendor liaison
Support local applications
Business relationship management
Asset management
Local procurement
Knowledge, Experience & Attributes:
At least 2 years of IT experience
Can work efficiently and independently
Knowledge of Cisco networks is preferred but not required
Comfortable working with internal employees and 3rd party vendors
